  • No certificate of completion has been issued
  • The account has not engaged in excessive or abusive refund behavior

We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Courses after exceeding the permitted usage threshold
  • Subscription plans (monthly or annual) once activated
  • Live courses, workshops, or webinars after they have commenced
  • Any purchase where the refund request is submitted after the allowed refund period
  • Cases of change of mind, lack of usage, or personal preference

4. Live Courses and Scheduled Sessions

Refund requests for live or scheduled courses must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

No refunds will be granted once the live session has started or has been missed.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted, in full or in part, under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Verified technical issues preventing access to purchased content

All such cases are subject to review and approval.

6. Refund Request Procedure
